Receiver v. David Dowdell et al.

The Receiver filed this case in the U.S. District Court in the Western District of Virginia against David Dowdell (Terry Dowdell's brother) and Beverly Dowdell (David Dowdell's spouse) to recover alleged fraudulent transfers.
